Spokane · Spokane Valley · Coeur d'Alene
A father-and-son general contractor turning houses, offices, and gymnasiums into places people are proud to stand in. Residential remodels to commercial build-outs — framed square, finished clean, handed over with a handshake.
What we do
Framing, drywall, paint, tile, flooring, cabinetry — we self-perform the work that decides how a space feels. For plumbing and electrical we bring in licensed partners we've trusted for years.
Kitchens, baths, basements, whole-home. Period-sensitive or fully modern.
Office build-outs, gymnasium refreshes, warehouse fit-ups, tenant improvements.
Square walls, clean seams, tight corners. The bones done right the first time.
Tile, flooring, trim, cabinetry, paint. The details that people actually see.
Recent work
Full gut, custom cabinetry, quartz counters, quarter-sawn oak floors.
New sport flooring, refinished bleachers, repainted walls and trim.
Expanded footprint, curbless shower, heated tile, custom vanity.
Our story
Juan Pina started swinging a hammer in Spokane in 2003, working alongside older craftsmen who taught him that the only reputation worth having is the one that holds up twenty years after the walk-through. His son Angel grew up on jobsites, trained in the trades formally, and now runs day-to-day operations.
We're small on purpose. Small enough that one of us is on every site, every day. Big enough to handle a whole-home remodel or a 10,000-sqft commercial refresh without missing a step.

Honest bids. Honest timelines. If something changes, you hear it the same day.
We show up the way we'd want to be shown up for. Work is a form of service.
Your house isn't a job number. Our crew treats it the way they'd treat their mother's.
Framing, drywall, tile, finish — the details that separate built from built right.
What neighbors say
“Juan and Angel gave us a bid that held, a timeline they actually kept, and a kitchen our family will be gathered around for the next thirty years. You can feel the care in the work.”

Faith & community
Juan's been volunteering on parish repairs and shelter renovations for two decades. Every year we reserve a block of days for charity builds — widow homes that need accessibility ramps, church halls that need a fresh start, community centers that need more than paint.
See the work we give awayTell us what you're thinking — a kitchen, a bathroom, a whole commercial space. We'll come look, ask the right questions, and give you an honest bid within the week.
