Juan came to Spokane in his early twenties and spent the first years of his career under old-school finish carpenters and framers who believed craft was a form of character. Twenty-two years later, he's still on site every day — reading a set of plans, running a level across a wall, checking that a tile layout lands on a centerline the way it should.
He's licensed and bonded in Washington and Idaho, has served on the parish building committee at St. Ann's for over a decade, and has led volunteer builds for families and congregations across the Inland Northwest since 2009.

Angel grew up on Juan's jobsites — swept them on Saturdays as a kid, framed his first wall at sixteen, and went on to earn a construction management degree at Spokane Community College. He spent two years with a larger commercial contractor in the Valley learning how big jobs are scheduled, sequenced, and accounted for — then brought those systems home.
Today Angel owns estimating, client communication, permitting, and scheduling. If you've emailed us, you've emailed Angel. If you've got a change-order question, he's the one you'll hear back from that day.
